Oh believe me Amy I won't do it again, it was a complete waste of 600 calories & was 21g of fat which is what I eat in a day normally. I was just sitting here at work thinking what will it be like when I am at goal weight, I honestly can't imagine wanting to eat like I used to, I used to sit at my desk & could happily eat a couple of bags of crisps, sweets, chips for dinner. I can't imagine doing any different than I do now...... I don't even want to. A friend asked me yesterday what I miss & after thinking about it I could honestly say that there was nothing I could think of that I would kill for, thought it was cherry coke but don't like it now when I tried it a couple of weeks ago....
