Thats good hun, I found that you tend to be able to taste the fat more in products now, because you are more concious of it. Dont eat it if you dont enjoy it, just push it to one side and have a sandwich instead lol. Stick to the things you like and if they are healthy even better :) x
 
Oh believe me Amy I won't do it again, it was a complete waste of 600 calories & was 21g of fat which is what I eat in a day normally. I was just sitting here at work thinking what will it be like when I am at goal weight, I honestly can't imagine wanting to eat like I used to, I used to sit at my desk & could happily eat a couple of bags of crisps, sweets, chips for dinner. I can't imagine doing any different than I do now...... I don't even want to. A friend asked me yesterday what I miss & after thinking about it I could honestly say that there was nothing I could think of that I would kill for, thought it was cherry coke but don't like it now when I tried it a couple of weeks ago....
 
I'm the same ill has a craving and whenever I've given in it never tasted as good as I remembered it became quite disappointing ! X
 
Funny reading about not enjoying stuff so much after being on a diet, I'm like that too. When I have cheated and treated myself to something I previously enjoyed it just hasn't been the same, which is a good thing! I honestly think nothing tastes as good as that moment when you get down into the next size down although unfortunately that viewpoint doesn't always stop me from falling off the straight and narrow xx
 
Am going swimming in an hour, haven't been proper swimming for about 8 years!!! Been to muck about with Conal & when we are on holiday etc. I can swim but I'm not very good at technique lol! Was meant to be going for a walk up the nearby hill but my friend let me down & it's also pretty miserable so my Zumba buddy suggested we go for a swim....

Weigh in on Saturday which I'm not sure about, I've been up to my calories which is set for a 1lb loss so I should get at least that......

Swim was good but I can feel it in my arms today! Then tonight went to my old zumba class & remembered why I changed - it was like she was making it up as she went along!!!!

Well tomorrow is my concert & I said I wanted to weigh 14st 13lbs & I think when I weigh in tomorrow I should've beaten that by 10lbs & also just realised I said my goal for my bday was to e 14st 2lbs & I was 14st 4lbs last Friday so should smash that one soon too.... Said 13 stone by October which unless I hit the dreaded plateau I should manage. Am feeling good today....

Official weigh in 198.8 so I've done it I've broken that 200lb mark.... 1.6lb off this week x
