Blue is my favourite colour..... Lexies journey

Hugs! Looking at your diary can't see why, it all looks fine, maybe it's just your time from being sick still catching up! As last week you had a big loss??

Try not to be too upset, you are an amazing person who is doing really well!!
You need to go enjoy your birthday weekend! Keep positive it is just a blip!

Eat more veg, spend some "me" time on the throne :) pysillian husk tablets, green tea tablets.. Dancing on a few tables all helps :) just remember how far you have come and how proud of yourself you should be!! I am :)

Ah thanks MB you just made me cry!!!

I'm ok now, a few good friends & my hubby has made me see sense! I weigh less than I did before I was poorly so I'll just cling to that & know I'll weigh less next week!

Xx

Oh no the dancing is next Friday night!!! This weekend is Legoland & Kew Gardens!

Lexie, have a great time and don't let it get you down, as MB said I think it is just where you were poorly. Hope you have a lovely weekend x

Have a great weekend hun, try not to let it get you down, our bodies have ridiculous ways of handling illness I am hardly eating as feel rubbish and I am retaining water like nobodies business x

Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

Yeah I agree it's probably readjustments from when you were ill and water retention and stuff. I've stuck to mine all week and it looks like I've put a lb or two on although I'm waiting till tomoz morning before I take it seriously and log it on here. It's so demotivating when you know how hard you've worked but try to hold on to the thought of how well you've done so far and I'm sure you'll show a good loss next week cos your body will readjust itself again x.

Well have had a weekend with lots of walking, yesterday 5 hours (maybe more) & today around 3 hours. Food yesterday was ok, went 170 over in to my exercise cals but considering I was at Legoland & staying with a friend it could have been so so much worse!!! Today I've got around 600 left for tea, am currently in the car chewing gum trying to tell myself the hula hoops in the back aren't shouting "eat me". No idea what to have for tea but am sure I'll find something at home when we get home....... Have had a lovely weekend though & not too off plan. Now my birthday tomorrow is another day altogether lol

And the weather was fab for you too :)

Yesterday at Legoland was fab, today not quite so good

Well just blown what I said & had my bday treat a day early, pizza & chips. Feel soooo full now!

I know it's silly, I always feel a bit cheated its not as good as you remember lol my fav Chinese dish was beef satay - cant stand it now!

Next time we have Chinese I need to look at how to do it without rice or noodles.. Thinking veg and chicken and um.. More veg

Indian is easier .. Chickpeas and tandoori yum! But nothing here compares with the Indian in metheringham :)

Well this time last year I was wearing a size 26 outfit, went shopping with mum today & bought a size 16 skirt!!!! My legs are my problem so I'm still an 18 trousers but skirts so much more forgiving. Am thrilled!!!!

Whoop!!! How fabulous :) More Zumba and loads squats (kettle bells) and your tone those areas ;)

Absolutely dreading weigh in tomorrow. That unexpected gain last week has really knocked my confidence & I did blow my cals on Sunday celebrating my birthday. Also totm due at the weekend so that won't help. Scales haven't been in the house so I've had no way of knowing how things are going which in some ways is a good thing but then I worry like mad.... Sometimes this dieting lark is hard hey lol!!!

Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow. Its TOTM for me as well, doesn't always affect me but recently it has.

I'm sure you'll be ok.
