Lexie2005 said:I did it, day one week one completed!!!! When I tried before I only ran 6 minutes (4 one minute & 4 30 seconds) but tonight I did the lot! Likely to ache tomorrow but feel so chuffed I did it!
Had an emotional day today, my stepdad isn't well & I've been with mum while he had emergency gallbladder removal. He's still sedated in icu as they dont want him awake. it's a worrying time, I'm just praying he will improve enough overnight to be woken up tomorrow
