Eurgh!!! So not good this morning.... Was horrendously sick when I got home, poor hubby was amazing & dealt with me & was so sympathetic, I didn't deserve it!!!!!

Haven't eaten yet today & when I do I don't think it's likely to stay put!!!

Oh My Lord never again ladies! I was so ill yesterday & I swear in all my 19 years of legal drinking I have never been so drunk.

Luckily the scales aren't showing a gain so I've still got my 11. Not at the gym this morning as going to work early with my friend & her baby to show her off.....

So onwards & downwards again x
