Hmmm not a good week, totm finally arrived yesterday so I'm hoping when it goes it takes the stupid 2.4lb gain with it!!!! Not justified food wise but I did only go to the gym once & didn't Zumba....

Out tonight on my Christmas do weighing 5 stone less than last years & wearing a size 16 which has had to be taken in compared to last years 24/26 tunic dress thing. Am so excited!!!!
 
Don't think about the small gain this week keep that excited feeling of being 5 stone lighter!

That's amazing loss over a year well done.

Thanks ladies, hair was just tucked behind one ear & Velcro rollered to within an inch of its life. Do have to say I got some amazing compliments, I got a text when I walked in from a friend who was busy talking to someone & it's just said "wow" closely followed by "you look absolutely amazing". One friend I've not seen for About 6 months cried & it was probably one of the best nights of my life for feeling good about myself....

That's lovely to read Lexie, I had a few of the same comments at my Xmas party, makes it all worthwhile...oh look stunning Hun, but more than that your smile shows in your eyes... X x
