Thanks Tara, my biggest concern as i say is my arthritic wrist & possible problems with that...

I forgot to weigh in this morning & I've had breakfast now gggrrrr, never mind will see what tomorrow brings....

You have different weights lightest is 2kgs, and you only do as much as you can do. Take it at your pace, that's what I do as I can only use a 2 kg in my right hand.. Due to shoulder and I use a 4kg in my left.

Have a go with a bottle of water and see, how it feels - bicep curl etc and wear a support on your wrist. Or even if you can't use your wrist the whole time it's still worth going as it works your whole body.. Some moves all I do is hold the Kettlebell by my side and squat for 30 seconds then change sides and use the 4kg in my left.. I have started to notice that my left hand and arm are getting stronger, as I now do loads with my left rather than my right (due to right shoulder etc)
 
Think I'll definitely give it a try.... It's about toning for me now I'm unhappy with parts of my body & my left side has a lot more fat on it than my right which I think that will be able to help
 
Very happy this morning, weigh in says 11:9:8 so that's 3lb down from Friday & if I can just keep it there I'll be happy come Friday.... So only 3.2lb up from lowest now..... Work for me from 12-10 today which is a bit rubbish but someone has to do it hey!

Well we are about to enter the year that is going to see my achieve my goal & weigh less than I have for about 16 years & I say bring it on.

2012 has been a mostly amazing year & every year I hate NY cos I have failed in my resolution to lose weight so it feels great not to be feeling like that this year...

I've made some good friends on here who have kept me on the wagon when I've been tempted to nosedive so thank you ladies. I wish you all success in 2013 & offer all my support as always xx

well was very slightly lower again today at 11:8:8 which is a wee I reckon but I am happy that it hadn't shot up so looks like I have a nice loss gonna show on Friday. I am sure now that some of it must have been totm & water weight as no way I can have lost 4lbs in as many days..... Anyway I am just happy as it gets me closer to my target.

Am at home with my son the son the rest of the week which I always find hard hence why lunch was 3 chicken dippers, 3 mini waffles & a slice of bread - how bloody stupid was that!! Tea however is HD spanish chicken bake which is much better & breakfast was ok so am not gonna beat myself up!

Still feeling positive & hoping I hit goal for Easter & we may be going away for 4 nights on Easter Monday to celebrate our sons birthday in Dorset, haven't quite decided yet....

Yeah I know, I was only 6.6lb from it at the beginning of December but only myself to blame hey!

Me thinks you may even hit at by end of January. Don't worry about the gain Hun, you have got right back on it and the results will show :)
 
Hmmm can't see it being the end of January although I'd be thrilled if that happened. Scales same as yesterday & I'm hoping they will still say the same tomorrow which will be a 4lb loss so it proves if it goes on quick it come off quick...
 
well with a 4lb loss this week. You would then only need a steady 2lb loss a week.. I think you can squeeze them highjackers out x
 
Maybe 2lb next week to get you back to where you where, but as you say that Zumba might speed it up as you've had a small break x
