See I am now thinking I shouldn't let this 11 stone thing beat me, I did set my goal date as my sons birthday which is 27th March but I am now thinking if I can get there by when we go on holiday at the end of May I will be happy!

Go for it Hun, look at the great week you have just had back on track, maybe by giving yourself a little bit longer it will all slot into place x

You can do it, Lexie, you've come so far already it's just one more little step. :) BUT if you don't, that's fine too!! (Can you tell that's the exact same pep talk I'm giving myself every day now too?!). :) xx
 
Well I have had another good day, am ending at just under 1400 with a net of 1045 after a visit to the gym this morning while the boy was at a party, I tried to run but my knee really is having none of it, it annoys me as I want to be able to run again... Anyway I went to tk maxx this afternoon & got a solo 915 heart rate monitor for a tenner, not sure if they are any good but I just really couldn't justify the money a polar or fitbit were when I don't eat the calories back anyway I am just curious really. I am not sure I have set it up right but am not really going to see a calorie burn sitting at my desk at work am I so will have to test it tomorrow at the gym & then at zumba on tuesday night....

It's a shame about your knee, but good to hear you are back in the zone, I only got my HRM and fitbit as I didn't know what to spend my Xmas money on lol x

Trying to stay positive but despite great days & exercise I'm 2lb up from Friday & don't know why, not due on, not constipated & haven't carb overloaded. Just hoping with 2 more zumba classes & 3 days til official weigh in it will come down again

Hopefully the scales will reflect your hard work this week. But as we all know those pesky scales trick us from time to time.

I just want to get back to where I was on Friday I'm currently 2lbs up!

You still have time to drop back down, I am sure you won't still be showing 2lb up by then, which I know is easy for me to say as a serial weighed who reacts exactly the same to gains mid week x
 
Well no idea what my body is doing, Friday official weigh in was 1lb up on last Friday & no clue why as had a really good week, am not gonna weigh in this week til Friday if I can manage it....

Made a "quiche" today from a new diet cook book I bought yesterday, the shell I made from mashed potato combined with flour, filling was onion, red pepper, tuna with egg & milk mixture then baked, 1/4 of it which is a lot was just over 300 cals so with a salad a really low meal. My bloody fridge has broken so am having to borrow my dads plug in cool box until engineer comes put Wednesday but I've lost about £20 of food which is bloody frustrating....
 
Three words, lost the plot! Am not on the wagon at all, I am out with hubby tomorrow, first date night in 3 years & am having an indian & cinema, then Tuesday I am at Girls Aloud concert & out for tea with a friend but promise myself & you lot I will get back on the wagon on Wednesday morning, the scales are likely to cry!!!!
