Well done you two.

Have had way too much to eat today and feel yuck, back on the xen tomorrow, hate feeling so full.

Well done everyone!!

Bring on the new year ;) xx

Today is the hardest day I have had so far, after being so good I stupidly got a sneaky weigh in to discover no weight loss & I know its only half way through the week & I still have 3 days but I wanted some sort of reward I suppose, just hope it still shows.... It is making me want to eat things I shouldn't, I won't but I am a bit fed up......

You sound like me :) I wanted a reward too:) I've got over it I'm just confused.
You have done amazing so far. And anyway

STOP getting on the scales midweek!!' you know it's not a good thing to do . Lock them back in the van

I cant preach I'm a serial weigher and I hate my scales bc if I step on and off enough times the number will change!! Lol xx

Thing is Kirsty I had got over that within the first few weeks this time but I wanted to see that being good at Christmas had paid off, and this bloody morning it reckoned a gain - they so nearly went out the window I tell you. I am at Docs on Friday for my first review with Doc, am sure she will be happy with my progress in 12 weeks even if I haven't lost this week 29lbs is still good....

If your doc is like mine then he/she will be ecstatic with your loss.

Ditto what Kat said!!!

I'll never stop my midweek weigh the only difference is now it's a motivator rather than an atomic bomb lol xxx

Thanks girlies, good news is exercise bike is mine, picking it up tomorrow night so will start with 20 minutes a night & take it from there - what's the betting I wont be able to walk Friday morning lol

Enjoy it :) I've just found a 12 week walking plan on the arthritis website so I'm going to give that a go

Naughtily snuck on again this morning & lost 1/2 the supposed gain so am only up 1/2lb which I'm hoping the exercise bike will sort out tonight!!!!!!

Just shows how quickly and irrationally our bodies fluctuate!! Step away from the scales!!! Xx

I thought it was about 2 years since I'd weighed as low as I do now but I checked back in my WW & SW records (Lord knows why I kept them!) & I weighed more than this 5 years ago so that's a HUGE boost to how I'm feeling.... Docs in the morning for 12 week check up, not too nervous as I'm way over the 5% they ask for..... So pleased I have realised this is a change for life not a diet, this way I know once the Xen is finished I will be able to maintain this

That's great Lexie. I've still got my SW books too and this time last year was almost 5 stone heavier, tipping the scales at 20 st 2 lb. Scary!

Yea that's incredible! Inspiration or what?!

We were given new sw wi record books and as I was rewriting my wis this time last year I was almost 17st and as its not as amazing as Karen's loss I was still hocked to see how well and how much less I weigh now!! Xx
