Well done on your loss and for joining the class. I think everyone weighs different on their scales. So at least now I am not the only one not doing this fasting lol.

Lol the fasting "thing" has helped me get over my fear of being hungry - or of leaving the house with no food/snack in my bag :) weird but true !
 
Well I've managed to do a 3 course dinner party on just 2 syns!!! I'm very happy. Made my first chocolate mousse which tasted alright before it's set so hopefully it will set. Starter is a cheese & ham thing (sorry not too descriptive is it) & main course is roast chicken with a homemade stuffing which is apple ham mushroom & onion, (it's amazing) with new tates & veg
 
I love to cook it's quite sad!!! Had a really nice evening & the food went down well so I was happy.

Today has been a good sw day, I am still struggling with the amount of cals I'm eating, actually stressing me a bit but I just have to trust that this will work......
 
Well today gone well, all ok on sw plan but so panicky about high calories... I'm going to do my very best not to weigh in until mid week as I feel really bloated & totm is due & it would just stress me too much as I am sure I must be up right now.....

Well I said I wasn't going to weigh in but I have & I am up!!!! Totm is due in the next couple of days but I don't normally gain much I either sts or 1lb or something but I'm up 2.2lbs.... This is stressing me out hugely
 
Try not to get disheartened. It could all change by official weigh in.

I echo this, your weight really does fluctuate I find on Sw, last week when I lost 1.5lb I had sneaky peeked on the Friday and showed 2 up x

I did a few weeks on SW before christmas and I found it hard to get my head around it as i knew i was eating too many calories. I think the science behind SW is to do with the types of food you eat on the plan not the amount of cals - IYKWIM?

Gain is still there this morning but it's 4 days til I weigh in & totm is due so hopefully that will bring it down a bit x
 
Much better day today. Around 1600 cals & a zumba class. I know I shouldn't focus on cals but it's hard not to.... I am putting all my faith in this working so I have to try & just focus on sw rules.....
 
You've still got plenty of time before weigh in, you could always look at doing green or red days instead of extra easy. Red and green may suit you better.

That is what I am trying to tell myself... I have telltale tummy pains that suggest totm may be following a 28 day cycle again so hoping it will arrive tonight which will help as I do feel a bit bloated.....
