Gotta get back on with this, weight loss has slowed down and the 2 stone before Bruges is looking highly unlikely. Been naughty and let this slip which isn't helping but came back from class today with a new sense of determination! I have 5.5lbs to lose in 2 weeks and if I can't do it I'm going to get as near as possible!
Life may be a bit mental between working, studying, house hunting, exercising and this but I
will get my head round it lol
Plus I have vowwed to up my water intake as the girls in class swear by it, so from now on I will also include water intake in my diary.
