Thursday 21st January

Breakfast - Bacon bits and onion omelette
Lunch - Chicken salad, boiled egg and mayo
Dinner - Pork chops marinated in paprika and garlic salt with brocolli (Yum)

Also had a can of decaf diet coke. :(

About 1/4 of a white onion... What are scallions? I have some spring onions LOL :D
 
A WHOLE STONE! Wowee, hun! That is just incredible. Bet you feel just wonderful! You are really well on your way now.

Yes vary what you eat to avoid boredom, wherever possible. Being vegetarian I find this a bit harder to do but I try my best. There is so much we can eat on Atkins, and all of it delicious!

Keep it up, you are doing so well x

Back on track so thought I'd start this up again.
I have the atkins flu right now so feel like poop! Fuzzy head, restless sleeps, very achy and get the shivers. I have been back on track 4 days now, and certainly feeling it more than when I started before!
My scales have broke :( I weighed the other day and apparently I had lost 4 stones in 3 days... Sounds good huh! ;)

Thursday 11th February

B - Mushroom and bacon omelette
L - Had a late breakfast so skipped lunch
D - Homemade burgers with salad, egg and Mayo

S - 1 Babybel
Drinks - Lots of water.

Friday 12th February

B - Skipped breakfast as I felt really ill and went back to bed.
L - Turkey from the deli counter, salad, egg and mayo
D - Gammon, bacon, mushrooms fried in butter, salad, boiled egg and mayo (Was suprisingly full up and left most of the bacon!!)

S - None
Drinks - Lots of water.

Saturday 13th February

B - Bacon, 2 boiled eggs, Mushrooms.
L - Pork loin slices of the deli, salad, egg, mushrooms.
D - Will be, an attempt of a beef curry! With Mashed veg (Really looking forward to this :D)

S - None of yet
Drinks - Lots of water.

 
Beef curry was ok, bit dry, but edible.
Working again today so prepared my breakfast and lunch last night... I am not going to know how much I have lost this week because my scales have broken. :sigh:
Joining the gym next week with Mum (wannalose) really looking forward to it, it is such a laugh!

Sunday 14th February

B - Bacon, 3 scrambled eggs and mushrooms
L - Pork loin slices and salad with Mayo
D - Got some mince meat out, so probably homemade burgers and salad, boiled egg, and mayo.

S - Maybe a little curry left from last night after work. Maybe a Babybel.

Drinks - Lots of water.
 
Might not be a bad thing Becky, the tyranny of the scales. LOL. We had a thread about that a while ago. :)

Feeling really good in myself though, and SO said it looks like I have lost loads...

Monday 15th February

B - Was late. Brocolli, mushroom, a little bacon omellete
D - 2 Gammon rounds and salad. (SO made a curry to which was fine for me to eat, he makes them frm scratch adding only water and spices, so i had some of the chicken)
S - 2 Babybels

Drinks - Lots of water, can of decaf diet coke.

Tuesday 16th February

Need I remind anyone it's pancake day? I was so good, made pancakes for my daughter and my younger brother but didn't have NONE :D

B - 2 Scrambled eggs, 2 mushrooms and bacon bits
L - Tuna omellete and salad - Was different not sure if I like it though.
D - Will be chicken drumsticks and thighs in spices roasted with salad.

S - None so far, may have a babybel in a bit.

Drinks - Lots of water, 1 can decaf diet coke.
 
Sounds good, don't forget though your weight will vary on different sets of scales love.
 
Wednesday 17th Febraury

B - Was busy and missed it - Bad I know.
L - Was out and missed it.
S - 2 Fried eggs and some bacon bits.
D - Half a tine of tuna with mayo, 2 boiled eggs and salad.

Drinks - Lots of water.

I joined the gym today !! :D So have done alot of exercise, well for me anyway, today and loved every minute of it.

Gym - 1 hr and half. :rolleyes:

Got weighed at gym (My scales are broken) 21stones. Which I am happy with considering I went of track so all in all still 14lbs off :p

I hurt, really hurt, LOL I ache so much from the gym, but still very much enjoying it :D

L - Tuna mayo with celery.
D - Mince beef chilli somehow with salad.

Drinks - Lots of water. Maybe a can of decaf diet coke at work.
Gym - 1 hr and half :D
 
I don't know how you can miss breakfast, I always wake up starving love.
