well girls i am back, been a funny month really. I have been back in england visiting my family now i am here in Ireland again, my parents came back with me but are going home thursday

I dread to think what weight i have put on this past month, but what i know is i will be getting back on it and losing it again with the help of my old friends here Not taken the Xenical for about a month now, so have to go through the start up of it again with the horrible bloating, but i will do it, and i am hoping to lose about 40lb by christmas ?? big ask i know but i will give it my all

So from Monday i will be back full time

i think we have all had a summer break on the diet front, but like you said, back on it from monday!! that includes judes new gym member ship once her bank details come through (had a big change over with banks and stuff)

you CAN loose 40lbs by Christmas Rach its gunna be second nature once you start again!! glad you had a good time with your parents, family is why we do these things to feel better

Thanks girls, looks like you have all been doing so well while i have been gone, got some catching up to do i think lol!! My parents last day today not going to be a good day or even a good few days

But once the weekend is over and done with i know i will be fine, just takes a few days!! Yes i am soft lol!!
