BopsterKatie will be slim for Australia!

Hi all! I posted in the newbie section, I was originally BopKatie and losing weight for my holiday to Greece, which I did, though since then I've gained a load of it back and am now sitting at 18st13!! Not ideal....

My ultimate goal is for November 2014, my boyfriend and I are going to Australia for a year and I would love to lose weight because;

- we will be working over there and being slimmer will make it much easier.

It's so hot out there at times id love to just be able to wear abything I like and not feel too self conscious..

And quite frankly id love to wear skirts and dresses with my legs bare and not worry about painful thigh rubbing!!!

So by November next year I would love to be at my target of 11 stone 6. That means I have to lose 95lbs to succeed, doable in the 490 days until Australia!!

I will be following the slimming world EE plan and will post my diary on here... Hopefully meet a few new people along the way!!!

Friday 19th July - EE


Breakfast

2 x weetabix (hexb) with semi skimmed milk (hexa) and a banana.

Lunch

Boiled rice with ham, chopped apple and grapes, BBQ sauce (2 syns) and a pinch grated mozzarella (2syns)

Dinner

BBQ : steak and bacon loin (all fat removed) corn on the cob, boiled potatoes and a big salad

Snacks - baby corn, an apple, peas in the pod, 2 x extra light laughing cow triangles (2) and a tesco lemonade ice lolly (2 syns)

Daily syns - 8/15
Weekly syns - 8/105

Don't think anyone is even reading this yet but helps to keep myself in line!

Today could have been a potential disaster. Have family coming round tonight and the house is full to the brim of nibbles!!! I've done some disaster aversion though, and bought some of the sainsburys low fat houmous pots which as far as I am aware from checking are 1 syns for a level tablespoons, so a couple of syns worth with some veg sticks will see me through!

Food for today!

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (hexb) with milk (hexa) and a banana.

Lunch - skipped as I was at a Samaritans shift. Oops...

Dinner - BBQ of chicken, pork steak and a Linda McCartney red onion sausage. With salad and new potatoes. 2 x extra light laughing cow triangles (2syns) followed by a tesco cola ice lolly (2syns)

Snacks - 3 x tbsp sainsburys be good to yourself houmous with carrot and cucumber batons (3 syns)

Note: last night I also had a glass of wine and some peanuts. I'm calling it 4 syns for the wine and 8 for the nuts to be on the safe side :) low syn day tomorrow
