Apparent alpen lights are no longer a hexb , they been telling them in group, they must of changed the ingredients , so the cals have gone from 70, to I think it is 89,
So they say they have to be syn'd

Oh enjoy your meal , Sunday is our relax day,
I've just been told off , OH friend mrs just brought some food for me , in his culture they make food and make for everyone, anyway they just brought for me , it smells amazing I tried a small spoon and can tell a lot of oil etc has gone into it , so I thought I'd leave it for him wen he comes home , he rung asking if I had any, explained I'm dieting blah blah, he says your always diet does everything revolve around diet, so I said yes unfortunately it does , I want to lose as much as poss before my op, so he understood then kind of, but it just so hard I do feel like I'm saying no I can't have all the time ,

Well I will have to look at hifi bars but I said exactly what patsy said to Sheila few day ago, they want us to buy more hifi bars but she said no the recipe is changing, it will not have enough fibre to be a hexb and also the calories are going up from 70cals to 89 !

For the chilli I put some ice cubes in my mouth - hehe
