I think Bev's having a choccy egg too, the one Chris has been hiding for her lol. It's good she did that I'm the same, I would have found it and eaten it before time if it was in my house. :D
 
Well done on stocking up on the tuna ahead of the challenge, I still need to do my food shop for that. Oh no to the crazy lady upstairs. Poor thing, maybe she has a mental illness or something. It's sad when people are unwell and left on their own with no one to take care of them.

I think she is special needs , but being woke up every night does kinda play havoc with being sympathetic

I've just recently joined IG, a lot of the mins girls are on there. My page looks crap at the mo because I'm still finding my way around. There's people on there with 3000 followers, I've only got 3 at the mo haha !

Have you , I never bothered with anything like that , I'm not into Facebook , I think it's because I'm rubbish with techy stuff I don't know what to do

I'm not on fb either, don't like it, I call it FAKEBOOK lol. But I only joined IG because of slimming world, their page is fantastic and full of recipes. I don't have any of my pics on there, I just post and share all my sw food pics only. :D

This is why I have lowered my target. I am ok at 10 stone but I know if I gain 1 stone in the year it will go up to 11 stone and that I am not happy with so decided to take it to 9 stone so I have 1 stone to play with. That way if I go to 10 in my eyes I will still look ok.
 
Can't believe tomorrow is the last day of our challenge, I've just got a small portion left of my quorn chicken soup, can't be asked to make a new one just for one day, may have some salad if I'm still hungry. You gonna have your tomato soup ?

That's a very good idea , I was thinking bout my target yesterday I've put mine at 10st 2lb, but I was considering lowering it , but I didn't want to change my stats and make it further away than ever , so I thought il get there and then lower it ,

But reading your reason for lowering it is so sensible ,
I don't want to get there relax a bit and before I know it be up to 11 or even 12st, coz it happens so fast , well it does for me anyway ,

We're the same height so I checked with my C, 9 stones is still a healthy bmi for us. But yep I think you should keep it as it is other wise it will seem too far away. Once you get there then see if you want to lower it. My sister says I should stop at 10, but I will see when I get there how I feel. If I feel strong and in control then I may stop there, but if I feel I may eat then I think I would prefer to go a bit lower.
 
Part of me is actually looking forward to the dinner on Sunday, been ages since I've had normal food then my head says no and feels guilty.
 
Do you watch Alan Carr's chatty man ? I love comedy and I love his show, its on tonight at 10pm. I watched secret eaters it was good. Von do you watch the USA show The Biggest Loser ?

This time I definitely feel stronger and more determined , I think you play a large part in that Kay and other mini friends , the first time round I was very much on my own , it certainly makes a big difference , Thankyou :) :) xx

Kay dont cancel you family, if you hadnt been doing the challenge you could be looking at a huge gain so doing it has give u a good chance of a sts or loss. You're doing fab. :)
