I bought ... - stuff for my salad challenge next week - alpen light bars 70cal ones for hexb, double choc and cherry bakewell never tried that one - Mikado sticks, I bought all 3 flavours, their 0.5 syns per stick, plain choc, white choc and dime bar flavour - I got snack a jack crisps in x2 flavours (the 4 pack) curly wurly curry chutney flavour and sweet chilli flavour, they are small 18g bags 3.5 syns each - I bought x3 mugshots just for a change, beef flavour - free, chicken sweetcorn - free, thai style 0.5 syns - tried a new herbal tea - green tea with pineapple and grapefruit, drinking that now ! I'm staring at the stuff now and feel guilty, not touched any of it yet lol

OMG think I looked at almost same things , snack a jacks but fancied diff, alpen lights no 70 cal ones , didn't look at mikado,
Looked at herbal teas was going to get tetley green tea wiv cinnamon and apple I think it was, but decided I've enough tea at the moment ,

haha scrambled egg ! Glad you got it in the end. Did you get the digestives and crisps in the end ?

I didn't get the digestives, and crisp wise I got pop chips I think they are prob similar to snack a jacks , not had them before ,
I couldn't justify proper crisps as much as I was stood in front of them drooling

I don't like green tea by itself but this pineapple and grapefruit one is gorgeous ! Defo gonna get it again. Emma buys the salted caramel one, they didn't have that .

Oh I forgot and I bought x6 sachets of choc hot options drink, 16g packs 2.5 syns each, I got Belgium choc, cherry choc, and choc brownie, yum yum. 6 for £1.50 in Asda.

I love it , it's called plant nanny , everytime you have a drink you tap the container corresponding the amount of water and it waters the plant and it grows, if I haven't drank for a while it sends me a reminder it's thirsty if it's left too long it starts to wither and die,
I've grown a devils ivy, a dandelion , and now I'm growing a snow bush lol, this one is a bit more demanding gets thirsty sooner than the others ,

It says for 18 chips it's 96 cals,
Which is saying that's about 23g,
But the bag is 85g eeek,
I can't see myself stopping at 18 chips, lol
I got barbeque flavour,
I didn't notice if they did smaller bags

Just seen on the back of bag for a 23 g serving about 18 chips the fat content is 3.2g

Regular crisps 23g serving about 13 crisps 7.8g fat

I have a feeling you'll get your 7.5 st award tomorrow and a lot more . Von you know in the last few months your losses have been grand. In the Easter Challenge you have lost the most out of everyone, I know its not a competition and I'm not saying that, but I'm acknowledging how well you have done on your journey. Surely your OH and sister and those close to you must be noticing all the change. You must be getting loads of complements hun.

Bought some stuff ready for Monday , celery, peppers , carrots, got the basic yest lettuce onion cucumber , so there's no excuse
