I'm not brilliant today, I fell off the wagon last night and I feel like it ran me over!! I just couldn't stop eating last night, crisps, chocolate etc and it's left me feeling really yuck today - serves me right really
back on plan today 100% and I don't think I will be eating any junk for a while so perhaps it's a blessing in disguise.

Thanks sweetie - I feel much better today and stayed on plan all day yesterday, it just goes to show that crappy food makes you feel crappy!

Hello wavey,
I've wi and I'm happy to report 2lb loss, it might not seem a massive number but after Easter binge and then more binge on Monday and totm I usually gain , I'm thrilled wiv 2lb, and it gets me back to a 7.5 loss ,

Yea read it earlier but didn't have time to reply ,
I'm happy to get my 7.5 back ,
I didn't feel like I missed out not having dessert ,
I'm glad you feel slightly better today , I couldn't believe what I was reading in your post re the cancellation ,
Glad your taking a week off the strict routine we have been following , giving yourself time to re focus ,
