Well in awake , had the worst night ever , I just couldn't get settled , it was way after 4 when I eventually dropped off, I didn't feel like I was really stressing but whatever it was it kept me awake ,

I'm feeling suprisedly calm ATM, I'm sure the nerves will come , definetly at the hospital,

Well I weighed myself again yesterday before I left and I weighed myself when I got here to see if there was a difference in the scales , and I was pleased to see both scales registered the same weight, so that was better with me wanting to wi this morning before my op,
Although tea last night that sis made was huge , when I've been doing the salad challenge the past 9 days I came home and tea was scrambled eggs , bacon , mushrooms , I know sw friendly but still way more than I have been eating , and it was a right old plate ful, so I was under the impression that my chance of the scales going any lower was a definate no no,

Anyway I've just wi and they have gone down another 2lb,
I'm thrilled I now have my 8 st award back before my op,
That's certainly something for me to smile about :)

I'm going to go for a bath in a minute to chill a bit,
Not sure it'd will be back on much , il try , but il be leaving bout 9 .30, ,

If I don't get bk one , il catch you all tonight hopefully, I won't have any nasty side effects to the anaesthetic and end up being sick all night ,
