Hi Kay,
It's not really pain in my knee ,
It's blooming restless legs , awful feeling , like there's something crawling inside your legs and the nerves feel on fire and the legs twitch and jump,
I just woke up so have managed to get a bit of sleep , I've nothing I need to go out for got all shopping I need,
So today I will take it easy and prob doze , typical on a lovely sunny day but I just can't be bothered,
