Born obese , Tomorrow is my New Dawn

Been a bit naughty today , felt like I just wanted a day to myself,
Not sure if tomorrow will be much better , chans off tonight and tomorrow so will see how it goes
, But will be back on it Wednesday
, Stupid really coz lost 3lb this morning you can guarantee 2days off plan will put the 3lb if not more back on,
Too late now oh well,

It's strange how we easily forget about the on plan days but the off plan ones are all too vivid,

I don't want to start gaining again I want to concentrate losing more before my return to work

You wont gain hun - just take one day at a time. Do the soup or salad challenge a couple of times if you had good results on those? Pre plan your meals if you can. Try doing a weekly menu? x

Yea I just finished the salad challenge so my thought was to relax a bit today , but I've taken it to the extreme,
I might try doing soup one for a change

Wohooo!! Well done Vonny! You must be do chuffed, chuck some of that motivation my way will ya? I'm feeling in a bit of a SW rut at the moment after exam celebrations, need to get properly back on track tomorrow so I'll be using you as my inspiration when I want to eat bad stuff! I dunno about you but the first few days back on plan are always the hardest, after that I find sw a great diet. Guess it's just my body getting used to healthiness again! X
