Yea I know your right, but I have to find that motivation again I've only got 2 weeks , I've still 4+ st to lose didn't expect it to be slowing yet

Ok I've decided I'm not going out to purposely but stuff,
If I eat what ever is in already so be it,
We haven't got any choc , there's a couple of bags of crisps, normal size bags not family thank god ,
And I've for some alpen lights,

I'm going to wi tomorrow morning ,
I must admit knowing I've only 2 weeks has sort of brought it home I need to pull my socks up and get cracking x

Yea that's what I'm thinking , it will give me exactly 2 weeks till I'm back at work ,
Even a loss of 4 or 5 lb will be amazing
