Yeah I'm trying to drink some water tho. But I have a weak bladder as it is (tmi) lol. And I'm drinking less fizzy pop although a glass of diet pop don't hurt every now and again xx

I'm the same ,I'm on and off the loo all evening it's about every 10 - 15 mins ,
I've just had a can of diet coke And just doing toast .

I'm worse sometimes I leave bathroom then have to go back but I think that's a symptom of my pcos. What you having on your toast. Xx

I've enjoyed it,
I am a bread person and I have to totally cut it out when I'm on plan as I can't stop at my hexb allowance , I'd still crave more ,

I've nothing really planned possibly another walk round the shops ,
I might go peacocks and try work trousers on,
Then il be cheering Iran on at tea time lol,

Well I think we are meeting up with oh sister and niece and taking dog for walk. Then they are meeting his other sister for lunch but we can't afford to eat out this close to end of month. So will take a picnic with us xx

Sounds a busy day , if it's sunny again it will be lovley ,
I know what you mean bout eating out we don't ATM , as you say money doesn't stretch far enough , and a picnic is a great idea , we keep saying we will go to the park for a picnic before I return to work ,
