Found it! :D CARROT CAKE: Splash of Boiling water 5 Scan Bran 1/2tbsp Golden syrup 2 large carrots, grated 7tbspn SYN free granulated sweetener 1tsp ground ginger 1tsp ground cinnamon 1tsp ground nutmeg 1tsp all spice 3 Eggs, beatendrop of vanilla essence* TOPPING: 1 tub Quarkdrop of vanilla essence 1tbsp SYN free granulated sweetener zest of 1 lemon Soak Scan Bran in boiling water until soft. Drain then mash. Add syrup, carrot, sweetener and spices and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring thouroughly. Ive just done it on mfp its deffo 523! My allowance is 1390 oops! Dont know how to add the exercise in as its doesnt have c25k list or 30ds cant add my steps as it wants how long i walked for but its done throughout the day.

Yep me and bubble both do CC and use MFP, I found it does help, espesh with free food on SW xx

I think there is a way around it bubble, if you know how many cals u have burned on c25k then just enter any activity as long as the cals come to the same then u should be ok, that's what I do hun, sometimes they don't have the equipment I use in the gym listed but I am aware of what cals I burned so I enter it as a different activity as long as the cals add up to the same :) xx

Ye that's where I got the idea myself I read you were both on it , I know they say free foods but it's got to make some difference ,espech with not being as active, not meaning you bubble your super active ,

That's one thing I am looking forward to when I'm back at work , wearing my fit bit to monitor steps , distance and cals burnt,

I want a bit fit :(

I love mine , not used it since being off coz it linked to bruv il laws I mac, to collect data and up load it , I've an app on my phone that I can enter water intake , and can enter weight but steps have to be entered manually so don't really bother at mo , unless I remember to put my cheap pedometer on,
