I'm wondering if I make sure my phone is fully charged will it last during my walk if I go to asda,
I don't know why it's going flat so fast lately

It logs it better if I use the app, it not only logs distance but steps and calories , if I use pedometer and manually enter data it doesn't log it the same.
When I get back to work and start wearing my fit bit gadget il get all obsessed with it again , it certainly pushes you to keep trying to do better

Good suggestions. You could also check which apps are sending push notifications and turn off any you don't really need. You do that in Settings>notifications, choose the app and turn off.
Also check which apps are using locations services as that can drain the battery.

Yea it monitors my sleep, I wear a holder in my wrist and it clips in to it, it shows how long it took me to fall asleep , how many times I woke up or was restless, how much sleep I had,
That part also fascinates me ,

Lol, you should have heard it on our conservatory roof! I had to go and close the inside patio doors, it was deafening.
