Glad to hear the roses lived to tell the tale. And good news about your area manager using a bit of savvy and breaking you back in gently. You'll be so much more comfortable in a store you know for a few days and in easy walking distance from home too. Oh dear, made me sad and then smile reading this. You are going through it with worrying about the job and now hormonal ranting at poor Chan. I'm sure once you'd calmed down he understood, it's not an easy week for either of you. Still, the making up after a row is usually good
Good to hear that you've spoken to your area manager too, that will cut the worrying for you and make it a litte easier going back to work. She sounds sensible and very supportive, after all, it's in their best interests that you not overdo it too quickly and end up signed off again, isn't it?

Editing to apologise if that sounded a bit sarky.... it sure wasn't meant to be. I've had the mood swings too in the past and can turn from a nice person into a really mean one in seconds!

Yea she said they will help as much as I need them too, she said the main goal is to get me back to running my store , but to take my knee into account and build up the time gently to eventually get back to full time,
