I use a cocktail stick. Er, to pick out the seeds, not to whack it with, I'm not quite that feeble lol. I always plan to pick it ALL out and then eat it, but am usually too impatient and eat as I go.

I start at 9.30, I was hoping to do 4hr shifts as the surgeon suggested but he hasn't specified it in the letter, he just put reduced hours for a few weeks in regard to going back to full time , but my area manager did say I could play it by ear, so I'm going to throw it into the convo as see how it goes ,

That reminds me of when I was younger I are them that way lol
It takes ages maybe I should do it like that now , it would take my mind off eating other stuff

I think my plant will die tomorrow 
Because I was at the hairdressers all afternoon I didn't drink till I came home , I didn't really drink before as would if kept needing the loo, anyhow my plant had a really sad face and I got a msg saying it will die if I don't give it water
I drank last night and I've drank my quota today but it's not revived it
I even tried drinking more but it gives me a picture of a hand sticking out the water as if drowning lol ,
Il try drinking the water tomorrow and see if it will save it , but alas I think it's too late

Yea that would be good , I don't know what she has done for the rota re my hours, I bet I've got a mixture of earlies and some lates, can't really moan too much tho can I, if they put me in for 4 hours I can't say I want all mornings,
