Wi this morning coz working tomorrow and lost 2lb, it must be fluid from totm gain last week coz I ain't been on plan I was expecting a gain I didn't want to get on the scales but I know if I didn't then I wouldn't for a long time and I dint want to be back where I started , so 2lb gone has spurred me on for next week if I can shift the otter and start moving down those numbers again

Didn't have brekkie only coffee, having a Han salad for tea not decided what I want for lunch yet,
Going out walking tonight it's a preview of the illuminations it's a traffic free zone on the prom from 7 - 10, it's ride the lights but gonna walk it , so it's the walk I used to do every night and it cliocks up 6 miles ,
