i told her today about the hosp yesterday, that ive not to even attempt to kneel or squat, as its not going to get better over time , that he said hes not seen so much damage in someone my age,
her reply was ..... so was he pleased with it yea, its doing ok?
what part of that sounds like the operation was a sucess and rectified things ,FFS
so i just walked away

What is she on. Doesn't she listen xx

if everything was as it should be i would of said yea the ops sorted it , hes pleased with the results ,

Not nice of her to walk away when you were talking. But I agree about the chair thing, you need a chair to sit down on when your banking, sometimes it can take a while. You don't want to be standing up all that time. Maybe they want the door locked for security reasons so think having the chair will stop the door from closing, especially if the safe is in the office. I think going forward you may need to get your doc to spell it out on paper what your requirements are hun otherwise they may try and go around it xx

when i was in the office yesterday there was room for a chair or even a stool,
it was on my return to work note it stated reduced hours, no ladders, and a chair in the office,

no i walked away, i was getting so mad,
the office is locked all the time , she was showing it me yesterday so we unlocked it and i pushed the door open , a small chair would not of been in the way,
im not asking for an executive leather chair for gods sake
 
kay im going to sort my tea out , wether its the pain killers but im starting to feel a bit sick,

Typical higher management reaction - ears in the off position - Sounds like another letter will be required.

and for the record a chair would fit in the office.
il also play that by ear once shes gone,
il something to use while im in office and move it when im not, even a crate or something
