I'm finding it really hard to get time on here. I don't want to go on at work coz my battery is going flat so quick,
Just want to say I'm sticking to the challenge and enjoying it,
Knee pain isn't easing think it's a case of just getting on with it ,

Thanks ladies ,
Not allowed to charge phones at work ,
I know Sheila it just constant pain killers ,
I've done nothing since coming home today tried to rest my knee, but it doesn't ease it so I might as well do stuff , as it makes no difference

Oh no Vonnie boo to the pain. When is your next hospital or doc appointment, can you bring it up with them ? Kay xx
My hosp app is 6 months , but I think il have to go to my GP, it's starting to lock again, that indicates loose fragments getting trapped in the joint again ,

Oh no Von , I feel really bad for you hun. I wish the surgeons had a long term solution to your problem rather than the constant pain and suffering :sigh: xx
Ouch Von... That sounds awful
Vonnie I've just looked at the net again and they said after surgery wearing a knee brace can really help support your knee, has your doc mentioned this ? Here is a pic I found . And below is the link to the website where I was reading about it xx <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=146975"/> Osteochondritis Dissecans: Symptoms, Diagnosis & Treatment Kay xx
I've tried supports before but they no good for work I can't fit my trousers over then, dam fat knees and legs

But Vonnie wouldn't it be worth wearing a loser size to accommodate the knee support which will help your knee ? sorry hun just a thought xx
My trousers hang off the waist , I can't go bigger they would fall to the floor ,
I'm being told there too big as it is, there what I was wearing as Xmas when I was almost 3 stone heavier , but they've not gone really loose on the legs

Oh ok hun, we don't want you dropping your trousers on the floor lol. What about wearing the brace a few hours a day when your at home ? At least that way your getting some support. I know its not the same but I have one for my ankle and my back, I wear them for a few hours each day, it does help xx
