I want junk food , oh god help me ,
I've got In my head we are maybe going out for a meal tomorrow, so I'm now thinking oh well start Thursday , but I'm worried if Thursday comes and I just carry on troffing,

Today's a 100% day I am so focused again and I love the feeling, I was patching over how I felt last week I was really struggling getting depressed and feeling a total failure , but thanks for all the support on here made me realise we all have times like this I just need to handle it better, x

Oh dear is this what it's come to now brain washing myself before I go to sleep , well im writing to myself so which is crazier, till tomorrow diary sleep well ,

Well I woke up feeling this is a 100% day

New start tomorrow made a huge fruit salad for lunch grapes, oranges and grapefruit , yummy , for dinner havin meat and veg left from today.
Right gonna write for and against know it sounds stupid but I can read it again wen I'm feeling low motivation
FOR 1 being healthier
2 being able to walk up stairs without gasping for breath
3 being able to walk and talk at the same time
4 not being in constant pain wiv back hips and knees
5 to start to feel good about myself
AGAINST
1 to hate myself again
2 to feel embarrassed walking into a room seeing people look at you
3 my legs to rub together wen walking to cause them to burn and bleed
4 to be the fattest at work wearing a uniform that is so uncomfortable and tight
5 to be shortening my life ,

Well i could go on and on but I listed a few that affected me quite bad , I can't make wi for the next 2 Wednesday's due to work so my mini goal is to loose 7lb by the end of January ,

Could you try getting up in the morning and making your whole days food, or at least part preparing, so you know exactly what you're having and it's quick and easy to get. It's so tempting, when you're hungry, just to grab the first thing to hand?
I think the other thing is not to deprive yourself *visually* ie use a nice plate, make your food as attractive as possible and as varied as possible. Try and have something different each day, an an usual fruit or vegetable for instance.
I really have huge admiration for those of you that have lost a large amount of weight, keeping going and keeping it interesting is hard going.

I certainly do , with industrial wire,

I've just been looking at my stats I need 5lb to get my 8.5 award,
I'm not going to let it slip away again when it's so close , I know I may be putting pressure on myself but I'm going to aim to get that by September ,
Decision made , end off , kick up the bum truly felt,

How much do you want this , it's your choice get on with it,

Thank yourself hun, those words came from the Von that loves and believes in herself and she will complete her journey ! ;) I mentioned this to Bev the other day that when we hit a wall sometimes the most powerful jolt is listening back to our own words and promises we made to ourselves. I know Super Vonic wont let herself down this time :):) and all your friends are here to support you all the way ! Love you sis :hug99:.

I'm going to stay strong L,

Your for and against list is brill Vonnie ! I've got some similar ones as yours due to my op. My C mentioned doing one to me in the past, never got around to it but I think they really help :) xx

Definetly do it , mine could of gone on forever , but the one that really pulls me back was not wanting my legs to rub together, don't get me wrong I've no thigh gap but unless it's really boiling and I've been walking for ages they seem ok.
But it was so bad I had to bandage them , they would rub till they were raw and bleeding , then I'd get the shivers as they were so hot , similar to how you feel if you get burnt really bad in the sun,
This was a daily occurance,

I've just done an hour stepping on and off the wii balance board , while watching emmerdale and eastenders.
My fitbit says it's 5264 steps, and equilivant at 2.25 mile, 1468 cals, If I had remembered to put it on earlier when I went out I would prob be over 10,000 steps and 5 mile , annoyed ,
But pleased with myself for getting off the couch,

You sound properly focused now, a meal at the pub is 1 out of 21 for the week, you will be fine hun. I know where your coming from re the sore legs, mine used to be the same, especially in hot weather. They used to bleed terribly and were sore for days afterwards. I wore trousers or leggings all through the summer months cos I knew if I wore skirts or dresses id suffer!!

I think we have to decide what we want more ...... food or the weightloss and all the good things/benefits that come with it. Keep ya chin up girl you can get that next award no problem xx
 
Way to go Vonnie! Great feeling isn't it? Takes an effort to start but you feel so much better afterwards. Good idea to do it whilst watching tv, not so boring then. :)

Oh I know , sore legs are awful,
I was too big for trousers so I wore skirts and thick black tights and then either shorts or pj's from primark cut off at the knee,
