I need to plan better I got complacent and it's done the damage things were creeping bk in and gradually got to be a habit again , too many treats,
So I'm gonna re read my books use food diaries plan my Syns into my day and have them coz that's something I had a habit of not using , hope the day pass for the gym goes ok and I like it , then I'm going to join for a month and see if going after work I can get on the equipment am able to do the classes etc, befor I comit to 12 months ,
There's some sweets in staff room that colleague brought back from hol I was just going for one and stopped my self , proud of myself last week I would of had some thinking no one will know and it surly won't do that much damage,
