Oh I'm dithering now , talking to my sister bout cc and she put doubts in my mind , says il end up doing a vlcd, which she could be right wiv coz I sometimes have probs wanting to use up my Syns , I've done a dummy run on what I've had today and I estimate it to 650 cals and I've had no breakfast , didn't have lunch at work just had a packet of snack a jacks and an apple on my break, them tea I've had shepherds pie my sis made, and tbh I think I will be a but obsessive using to many cals,
Sooo I think I'm sticking to sw ,
I'm really feeling positive about getting back on plan just which plan that will finally end up being is anyone's guess , talk about I was undecided but now I'm just not sure lol ,
