Morning diary yesterday was lovely we went to the park had a picnic and led on a blanket under the trees , it was just perfect , I even stayed on plan having ww wraps, salad, chicken, velvet crunch diet coke, and some fruit, we got there at 1 ish and left bout 5.30 it was just starting to feel chilly but if we had of moved from under the trees in to the open it would of been Warmer but we decided to come home we were both wanting a cup of tea, how rock and roll r we lol,
So plan for today he's working il be shopping not necessarily buying but having a look round , it's dull today ,
Food today
Had an apple for brekkie
Got salad and tuna for tea lunch may happen may not , if feel peckish will have some fruit ,

Home now , I stayed on plan to a certain extent maybe been a little generous on Syns, but I've just wi and I've lost 4 lb , I'm thrilled wiv that and I broke in to the next stone barrier

Fab loss while on holiday well done, isn't it sad how the beneficial effects of a holiday wear off instantly when you are back at work, and are replaced by a faintly suicidal frame of mind.

Got a long day 9 1/2 hours work then got to stay as they are replacing the shutter , they said they will be here around 5.45 and it takes 4 to 5 hours to do the work , I should if bought a sleeping bag
