But then a shorter gap between the Sunday and Monday though? Maybe have a word with your PT about it, see what his advice is. I guess because they're shorter sessions it's not too bad but just don't want to see you overdoing it and hurting yourself or burning out. If needs be, you could always cut out the cardio kettlebell session as you get a lot of cardio anyway, it's the other two that are much more toning based.
 
Nah always do my C25K at night around 10.30/11. Will probably be doing Kettleworx at night too. The only day it's close is Saturday. I done C25K last night, and then about to do training now, but been doing that for a couple of weeks now and been fine. Just see how it goes. Was gonna do kettleworx on the same day as C25K but don't think my poor legs would manage lol
 
I once did kettleworx after a 30 min run and it nearly killed me. Best to have a gap between!
Just listen to your body, if you feel too tired, then don't push yourself to workout. You will need a rest day at some point though, just so your body can recover.
B210k, is a challenge to begin with, but very rewarding when you finish it. See how you feel after you complete C25k :)
 
I think the exercise plan sounds great. I think the best thing to do about rest is listen to your body hun. You will definitley need a rest dat I would imagine, but you will work it out. :)
 
Yeah, just gonna see how it goes when I start. I know myself, and if it's too painful, I won't carry on lol.

Had training today. Planks and deadlifts are my enemy! The first planks in my life and held all three of them for the full 30 seconds each time :) quite proud!
 
You should be proud! I started at about that too but unfortunately never carried on with them enough to get any better and now avoid them at all costs!
 
Im glad i lasted the whole 30 seconds. He'd tell me you're halfway there and i was just thinking omg im ready to stop now. Last ten seconds and i was wishing i could speed up time. But felt good that i managed to hold it :)

Got my kettlebell today so will be starting that tomorrow. Sorta wanna start today but i know i better not cos already trained today
 
30 seconds is great! I hate doing them, very good for you though.

Got the Kelly Holmes one. I've set it at 4kg. See how I go when I do it tonight. If it feels too easy will change to 5kg :)
 
That's what I've got and used to, just moved up to 5kg as I've got used to it properly

Done Kettlebells Cardio Week 1 a few hours ago! 4kg kettlebell. Man it was harder than I thought it would be. Was already sweating by the end of the first set! Hard, but eager to continue :) It's really good that the workouts are so short.
 
Cardio is the hardest one! See how much you ache afterwards, lol x
 
Lol I am alright so far. Dunno if I will ache so much cos I am used to working out with my trainer and aching from that, and that ache is a lot less now too. Also, he seemed to like squats in that dvd and im so used to squats from training lol. And lunges. We'll see when I wake up, that's normally when the ache starts haha.
 
Cario definitely is the hardest one and Wk1 is the hardest out of the set from what I've heard, Wk2 was definitely easier. I didn't ache after Cardio either, or Resistance much but I did after Core!
 
Lol hated when he was like let's step it up or something like that. It's like I thought I already had! Haha. My arms are so weak though. Really struggled with the punches and the holding arms out fully extended. Hoping it'll strengthen them :)
 
Not hurting yet either!

TOTM came so suddenly today. None of the usual stuff like chocolate cravings happened the few days before. Just suddenly was on this morning. Hurts worse than in ages though. Feeling sorry for myself today lol.
