Hey guys. Well the other night was eating everything. Estimated at about 1800 cals so not so terrible. Then my mate said shes having a party Saturday. I always get wasted at hers. And with the staff night out on Friday i sorta though **** it. And just sorta estimated calories. Ate whatever. Apparently I've not wanted more than around 1400 cals all these days. Went on the scale today. Ive got a loss somehow. Decent one as well. So its not as bad as i thought. Will be after two nights out in a row though lol.
Oh and this weekend is gonna be awful. Night out Friday. Work at 7am Saturday. Party Saturday. Night shift Sunday. Not looking to hangovers at work at all!
