Bought a steamer

I have a 3 tier steamer I always steam my salmon fillets in it, buy them on offer freeze them and just get out in advance of needing them and do a couple a time in my steamer. Very easy and tasty. Haven't tried any veg in it yet. I must make that a new year resolution - use my steamer more!

Do you defrost the fillets first or put them in the steamer frozen?

I defrost them first and then put them in steamer.

I used mine until the container cracked, must get another one. Have to agree that the taste of the veg was wonderful, and had a constant supply of veg stock.
