Hello, ladies!!! My name is Lilah, and I'm from the states. I'm so excited to be my best friends maid of honor in her wedding at the end of July!! Weddings always make me excited!! I'm sooo happy for her! ANYWAY! I need to lose weight to fit into my dress!! Actually, no, it fits me, but I need to lose weight to look somewhat half way decent in it!! It's mid-thigh length, and I HATE my legs! So I'm doing the "Sacred Heart" diet on Monday, and I'm uber excited!! I know I can do this!! And with the support and motivation I know it'll be a little bit easier!! Good luck to allof you beautiful soon to be Brides!!!! I feel fabulous already!! It's day 4 and I've already lost seven pounds!! I love this jumpstart diet and I'm so excited to be losing weight!!

Can i be stupid and ask what Sacred Heart diet is? Is it american?

I think it is, but I could be wrong. Google it for more information if you are curious. I knew a few people who did it and are still doing it and they've lost a TON of weight! It's amazing to me and it has helped me lose twenty pounds in a little less than a week! I LOVE it!! And it also helps me to be wiser about food choices. I feel amazing ON the diet and when I'm on my "off week", I feel like crap from eating other foods. When I go off this diet, I find that I can't wait to go back on it! Isn't that crazy!? Lol! It's usually the other way around.
