i think i know why i didnt lose as much as i hoped.
At work every day there are tasters and i seem to nibble on them during the day and then totally forget to count them so from now on im either going to lay off them or syn them
today ive drank 2 litres of water aswell so hopefully that will help
there was a sale on in subway today any 6inch and a drink for 1.50 and i was going to go in but instead i walked the opposite way and went home (wooooo) lol
tomo i have no food in so ill will go in for a salad

Hey hun, well at least you were eating subway, not half as bad as say Maccy D's or a takeaway! Joining the gym would be great, I really need to have a look at doing that too, I just hate that you have to commit to them for a year! A monthly no obligations one would be much better for me.

My choice for the chippy was debated between fish and chips, then I woulda had to have bread and butter with it, then I fancied a pie. Decided to go for a healthier option, bit of damage limitation!
My chow mien was delish. I did get some Sui Mai too. I demolished them and I've got half the chow mien for later on.
think I defo got my appetite bk last night.
Didn't watch a DVD - ended up watching iron man on telly - only to realise halfway through that I've already seen it!!
dunno what my weigh in is gonna be.
I know I've tried to stick to plan, but know I've not ate half as much superfree. I've been lucky if I've felt hungry to eat anything at all. Painkillers messing up both of my bodily 'functions' . Soz , TMI !

Sui mai are steamed pork (sometimes with prawns in too) dumplings. Fab with soy sauce and sweet chilli dip!
Ive gotta go to fracture clinic tomorrow morning -will all depend on what they say. I've still got a bent arm that can't straighten so think I could be on them for a while longer. The longer I am , the longer I can't work either (or drink. :cry
with not feeling hungry I can only say I'm trying to stick to plan. I normally weigh in on a Sunday but I'm gonna leave it til tomorrow and see if I can drown myself in water and fruit /veg and see if that can sort me out.
well done for going back to the gym. Me and my mate went bk the other week -Zumba and aquafit we decided to do , we really enjoyed it and I was all geared up for going bk. bloody elbow put a stop to that
