i think i know why i didnt lose as much as i hoped.

At work every day there are tasters and i seem to nibble on them during the day and then totally forget to count them so from now on im either going to lay off them or syn them :D

today ive drank 2 litres of water aswell so hopefully that will help :D

there was a sale on in subway today any 6inch and a drink for 1.50 and i was going to go in but instead i walked the opposite way and went home (wooooo) lol
tomo i have no food in so ill will go in for a salad :D

hope everyone had a nice day going to catch up on the diaries now

Thanks but unfortunately I didnt bypass it today ate far too much .... on my way home hoping to bypass everything in site just having an eat the world day :(

On the upside day off tomo so will go to asda and stock up on healthy food and drink for work

Going to look at my funds aswell and if I can go and join the gym... two of my workmates go the same one so theirs no excuse :)

Hey hun, well at least you were eating subway, not half as bad as say Maccy D's or a takeaway! Joining the gym would be great, I really need to have a look at doing that too, I just hate that you have to commit to them for a year! A monthly no obligations one would be much better for me.

Well my housemate is getting a takeaway and drinking wine with a friend so im tempted to do the "I dont feel well" speel and lie in bed away from the junk and watch breaking bad haha

ct - Where do u live?? My gym u have to stay for at least 3 months but after that u can cancel... have a look online :)

Kitty - totally forgot about x factor... will hve to watch it on catch up if im to stay away from the food

Just bk from chippy - ended up with Sui mai and chicken chow mien.
There are so many noodles tho so my leftovers will be for lunch tomorrow.?

just got bk in time to watch X factor . Forty mins is a long time to wait - the queue wasn't even that big.
just debating what DVD to throw on later !

So yesterday was bad then I tried to have some control... BUT I didnt and it was a total write off not even guna write I wanna say.... im probably all boring u with my crap control

So today is operation get a grip *slaps face...not too hard but just enough to make the point ;)*
Going to clean house, make a list and go asda, stirfrys and soups and fruit all the way!!!!!! See if I can pull back some of the damage

Going out two weeks from yday... see if I can lose a few pounds

Will get on everyones diaries :) xx

My choice for the chippy was debated between fish and chips, then I woulda had to have bread and butter with it, then I fancied a pie. Decided to go for a healthier option, bit of damage limitation!
My chow mien was delish. I did get some Sui Mai too. I demolished them and I've got half the chow mien for later on.
think I defo got my appetite bk last night.

Didn't watch a DVD - ended up watching iron man on telly - only to realise halfway through that I've already seen it!!
dunno what my weigh in is gonna be.
I know I've tried to stick to plan, but know I've not ate half as much superfree. I've been lucky if I've felt hungry to eat anything at all. Painkillers messing up both of my bodily 'functions' :(. Soz , TMI !

Ive gotta go to fracture clinic tomorrow morning -will all depend on what they say. I've still got a bent arm that can't straighten so think I could be on them for a while longer. The longer I am , the longer I can't work either (or drink. :cry:)

with not feeling hungry I can only say I'm trying to stick to plan. I normally weigh in on a Sunday but I'm gonna leave it til tomorrow and see if I can drown myself in water and fruit /veg and see if that can sort me out.

well done for going back to the gym. Me and my mate went bk the other week -Zumba and aquafit we decided to do , we really enjoyed it and I was all geared up for going bk. bloody elbow put a stop to that :mad:

I am not officially a gym member woooop any intelligent person would have gone with their gym stuff and exercised after but im not that bright
So im back home watching breaking bad snacking on pickles and beetroot ooof :)
Got a timetable though so will plan my weeks exercise :)

Well done for joining the gym (even if you didnt take ya stuff) lol the thought was there. I also love zumba, not done it for almost 2 yrs as I crushed the nerve in my foot doing it too hard then ended up with plantar fascitis ( all fixed now thanks to physio)

Mmmmm pickles and beetroot yum yum. Just dont panic when ur pee is red lol. Ive been and got my fruit n veg supplies in today thank god, hoping to limit damage before weds wi

It was just the beetroot coming through ahhhahaha

Soups and stirfry?? Lol thats what im doing... just sitting sorting out playlists to exercise to... going to get some 90s dance albums ha x

Loving the music choice 80's is my fave :D I know im an oldie haha

I usually take salads for lunch and then some meat dish with veggies for tea. Will just have to do my best :-(
