Hi Everyone

Hasn't it been a lovely day! I took myself to the shops and bought a couple of outfits. One in size 16 to wear on next girls night out, one size 14 to have as my next aspirational outfit. I am pleased to report that the size 16 outfit fits really well, and the size 14 tops fit a bit tight. I am over the moon :):):) I've gone from a size 18 to a 16 in just 3 weeks. I've still got a load of size 16 clothes from the last time I dieted so I don't really need to buy any. Going to pack up the size 18 stuff and give it to my mum. Can't wait :D

How great! I can't wait to get out there and buy smaller sizes! Although I still wear the same clothes as I did in the beginning. Sure, they are very loose, but they are ok. I think if you are taller, there is a bit more pounds between the sizes (does that make sense?)

Ok! Didn't know that, I haven't joined the Independence day challenge. I think the thread was too long already, so I was a bit scared of it :D. I am happy with the June challenge for now anyway, and the sit up challenge :D. That will keep me going for a few more weeks! Good luck on the Independence day challenge you the rest of you!
 
Thought I saw a post a few weeks ago of someone who did freeze one. oh well, rather not dabble or dibble, lol. x

Claira.. ice-lollies, hmmm, good idea. I was thinking about freezing one of my shakes to make some ice cream. Has anyone tried that? x

Haven't tried freezing, but I always blend a lot of ice cubes with water first, then add my shake and blend for quite some time. It turns out like a yummy frozen yogurt like thing. Great! I guess the less water you put, the firmer it will be.

What course are you doing Asa? When I was at uni I used to come home from classes and have a nap before even attempting any coursework. I think you are doing really well to do this diet and study at the same time. All the water should help your brain power, my old biology teacher always told us to have a large glass of water before an exam to help with concentration.

Lol.. into everything. I remember it well. Mine are older.. Kayleigh is 20, Sasha is 19 and Rhys 16! I felt like you.. so when Rhys started playgroup, i did some volunteering a cpl of hours a week. It wasn't much, but gave me something different to do and found out i enjoyed it and made it my career in the end. Funny how things work out. xx
