Hi Claira, thanks for that. I feel like changing her now, for a new one, lol. I didn't think the CDC's were supposed to move their scales from one room to the next anyway. I will do that, enter my loss on here as know that I was definately 3 less on my scales (if not .5 more) and everytime, I've weighed before I've gone to CDC's, I've lost the same as I have on my own. It might always be a lb in out difference from her's, but the loss is the same. Yes.. I am doing it, I'm empowered again, lol. Thanks hunni. xxx

Thanks Claira, how nice does it feel to be out of the 200's. Yeahhhhhhhhhh. I worked dam hard this week too, physically and knew that I'd had a good loss.

You are lucky you are in 16 jeans hun, my 18 ones are very loose, but went into next 3 weeks ago and the 16 one's wouldn't do up at all, about 2 inches around my hips. Ahhaaa, that's the answer, wait until my next measurement and if i've lost 3 from my hips, then bobs your uncle, I'm in, lol.. Yr a gem Claira, thanks for your advice earlier. xxx

Hi girls, sorry I havn't been on it's been a crazy week. Well done to everyone's weight loss this week and Broxi a big well done.

Well the last Kitten arrived and must have been early hours of this morning and was also dead. So that's it no more to come and no kitty to keep :cry:. The vet has said Jessie needs neuturing in the next 2 weeks as there must be something not right as she had them over 6 days so quite sad about that.

Feeling better with the blockage situation, Movicol really does work. Hope your all having a good week Zoe xx

Have left my card at new CDC's this week, so she can re-knew it, so will let you know next Thurs. I know i'm 18 inches less all over.. I think its:

1 from each arm,
2 from each thigh (thats all the leg exercises i've been doing, lol),
about 8 from my waiste,
3 from my bust and 1 from somewhere, though..not sure where tho, lol. xx

I got given a CD bag this week, just a plain black cloth bag, but hides the stuff inside, so no one can see it, if you are walking.. good idea! xx

zoe sorry about the kitties but at least jessie is ok thats the main thing, i had a movement problem lol, they would only let me have senna, had 4 today and still nothing although it worked with 2 yesterday x

morning, or is it afternoon, just been sorting through clothes, got into my fav jeans from next, size 16, they were tight last week, i am feeling so happy, bought new jeans in a 14 in sale and a shirt 16, im still in 18 and 20 on top cos of my boobs, got a 34 hh bra and a bit tight on cups but they gotta get smaller at some point, got rid of all my long jumpers, when i did trinny and sussannah they said dont wear a top that covers your tummy it makes you look fatter, but i felt more comfy in them, now there all gone, got new sz 14 pants, they fit lovely, can now bin all my others and get new,
asa thanks for asking, feel better now, but still think i could go again so gonna take some more senna today and keep drinking strong coffee, lol.

Glad you are feeling better! Sounds bad. I am doing just great! Have been in the best mood all day. I am feeling slim and I am happy all the time . Now I am going to do some packing for my weekend away, but will check in later as well.

Well, met my new CDC, very conservative ladie, gave me more info then last CDC did, which was good! Then had to re-fill med details info in again.

Anyway (get to the point Nikki), got on her scales and I STS . I was gutted, have done so well this week AND stood on my scales just before I left and had lost 3lb since my last WI on Sunday. So how can that be right?? Feeling a little robbed, to say the least. Will have to go by her scales now anyway, but oooohh I could have :slap: her. Not very nice to say and would never do it, but my emotions are high at the moment and to be told that, when I knew I'd lost 3 at least, is a justified feeling, lol. I bet.. when she saw my face when I was on the scales, she must have thought "got a right sort here" lol.

Well you have to laugh don't you, not much I can do about it now and I am not going to give in thats for sure! xxx

Thanks Asa and think anyone would have been too. What I will do now tho, is to see how much I loose with those scales each week and if its a loss, it must be pretty much ok then. Not worried if I have a STS week, for a couple of weeks even, as long as I haven't lost on my scales that is.. Its mainaining loss, so will still be happy. But a loss is a loss and when you're on CD, you count them all. x

Good evening ladies, hope you are all well.

I've just had a shock, I'll give you bit of back ground on why!

My Dad has got to go and see a Cancer specialist, the Doctor does not think the lump in his side is cancer because he has had loads of other tests and they have all come up clear, but they want to check.

This evening about 2 hour ago my Mum rang me in floods of tears and I could not tell what she was saying at first, so of course I thought the worst and even though I new Dad was not going to the specialist today it jumped into my that there was bad news.

This all happened in a space of maybe 4 seconds so it's silly, but when she said that they had have to have Nova (the horse) put down I was so relieved.

When I put the phone down I burst into tears with relief that it was the horse not Dad.

Any other time I would have been upset about Nova but in the circumstances its relief I feel.
