I know it uses low fat olive spread but its a small amount and I have never suffered side affects 
wanted to share recipe that is in alli book....
buttermilk pancakes....makes 10...95 cals 3g fat per portion
to make the buttermilk put 1.5tbsp lemon juice in jug and add 284 ml semi-skimmed milk...leave for 5 minutes
sieve 150g s/r flour in bowl add 1 beaten egg and 25g sugar beat well,
add 25g low fat spread (melted) and 1tsp grated lemon rind, stir to make a smooth thick batter ...
spray pan with low cal oil use tablespoon to drop batter in pan and turn when cooked
store in fridge for 2 days
