Wine tasting is a bring you favourite wine session :) so bought that at lunch and popped home to chill it love coming home at lunch especially today as finish at 3:30 so will only have an hr and 15 left when I get back. Day gone ok working wine which is my fav

Going for syn free until wine tasting and then see how I go!! Feeling very bloated today might have a peppermint tea before wine tasting. Not sure whether to try to have dinner before wine tasting is enough time just but wonder if that sensible
 
Work done so change and then back for wine tasting have walked to and from work 3 times today! Bit much! Going to get that pepper mint tea now as still a bit bloated

Wine tasting was fab and got the end of my bottle to bring home! Was most popular but was more expensive (on offer with discount only£6.29) than another one but much fun had and had long chat to my old manager as I want her to be a referee was lovely I miss being on her team and crystallised how unhappy I am with my current situation

Scales say 11st 0.25lb this morning so think the awful bloat has finally gone! A dull 9-6 today probably with quite a bit of working wines some yummy food today tho :D got fishcakes for lunch and salmon marinating for dinner. Am syn free until the evening undecided what to do maybe the ready mixed g&t trick just so I know I can stay in control we go away 6 weeks today :D so need a couple of good weeks as in London in 3 weeks with my mum for a night and that won't be especially healthy I know!

Got a slight headache from wine tasting as we mixed pink white and red so taken painkillers and got a cuppa, need to go and make lunch for work have a second HEXB to use not sure what on ryvita probably but not sure I have any cheese triangles go on them boo!

Glad you enjoyed the wine tasting last night; I adore doing things like that. We've got a fab vinyard near us and it's always lovely to go and try their new vintages.

It's definitely once in a lifetime so want to feel fab in pics! We bought a new camera and Ben is determined to have pics of me :O

The fishcakes are lush and have no potato only fish prawns and egg and Thai herbs so fab for a red day! Found some laughing cow to go on my ryvita and munching weetabix and 2 cups of earl grey at mo is so hot I did them both at once so they are cool enough to drink on my break!

Work is a minor nightmare today but am not letting it get to me!!

Being mega chilled not my fault so not going to worry!

I do

400gms cod
200gms raw prawns
I use aldi frozen very cheap and decent quality
4 spring onions
100gms of green beans
Chilli
Fish sauce I don't measure this!
And waitrose frozen Thai spices a freezer staple! And the lemongrass is fabulously fine!!!
Or coriander and lemon grass
An egg

Cut up fish and blend with prawns. Chop onions and green beans add to blender with spices fish sauce and eggs blend again chill for 2hrs cook on 200 for 20-25 mins serve with sweet chilli :)

Makes about 20 and I freeze them cooked and defrost for a quick and fabulous lunch!!

Need to decide what to do for dinner tomoro night on my fast day gone off smoked haddock chowder too hot!!

Bought 3 ready mixed cans of g&t to limit my syns and my alcohol intake!

Dinner was lovely really enjoyed all my food today does make sticking to plan much easier.
 
Still not sure what to have for my fast day dinner might grab something ready made for ease then can concentrate on other stuff like cleaning!!
 
Ooops got up later than intended! Need to go to matalan to collect a parcel and then morrisons as it's next door and be home by 10 for the practice for gp!! So I can watch it on my iPad and do chores in the kitchen like make burgers for tomoro and tidy up!! But just having a quick sit in the garden thinking how lovely it looks!! Rain was much needed!!
 
Still had a productive morning. Picked up bikini from matalan not tried it on tho. And food shopped in morrisons was a bit annoyed because it didn't have everything I wanted and the offers on their website weren't in store. Grabbed a low low ready meal for dinner at work for my fast so

246 cals for meal
94cals yogurt
45cals strawberries
50 cals cherries (though I weighed them with stones in and were 100gms so not sure that is accurate)
And had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee so dash of milk and on third lot of 500ml of water is really hot today and will be busy at work so trying to get nice and hydrated!

House looks nice and tidy (well better than it did!) washing done and food prep for tomoro done think I just need to chuck some salad in a box in the morning!

Am doing ee tomoro which I hardly ever do and worrying about my superfree
My plan is

B Linda mcartney sausages and hard boiled eggs with mullerlight and raspberries and strawberries (is this enough?!)
L potato salad with green beans, gherkins, baby corn and red onion with celery and salad and crab sticks cherries and strawberries
D spicy burgers with fried onions and maybe the salsa if I have time cheese, wholemeal roll (if they have them in work tomoro) and wedges with salad again concerned not enough superfree for an ee day

Syns probably wine maybe g&t undecided

Just watching qualifying for the gp and then work at 2

But have ordered dollars for holiday so that off the list.

And another job has come up so need to get down to apply for that was well hectic few days!
 
It is throwing it down here. It has been all night and all day. Hope we get some sunshine soon.

Been lovely this afternoon here tho not seen it!

Had my food and feeling satisfied other than half an hour isn't enough to eat it all!!!

Need to get back to it :(
 
On break now and on plan switching to green today as only thing that didn't fit was crab sticks for lunch so ditched them and can have extra cheese on my burgers! Yum yum
