Yes I have started recording my speed over the last 2 runs. I have a Polar HRM. The 20 min run was 9.5 min/mile.
I am going to focus a lot more on my pace over the next few mins.
I did w2d2 today. According to the app I did 3 miles which is fantastic!
W5D1 again on treadmill. All good. I think I will try back outside tomorrow - no reason not to just that I'm now terrified of getting injured again!
