You CAN do it!! It starts off nice & slow and if you feel you're not ready to move to the next week, there's no shame in repeating until you feel ready. I've just done week 3 again and am on week 4 for the second time. Although I still can't see me running for 30 minutes in a few weeks time, but who knows.... 
If you search on iTunes 'couch to 5k' a few options should come up. Alternatively if you have an iPhone or itouch you can get an app...go to app store & try the same search. I have an iPhone & got the app 'get running' which is great. Good luck
