But to get back to the original point - even *IF* you could have the pasta as free and even *IF* you substituted ALL the caster sugar and ALL the demerara sugar with Splenda (at which point I think it'd start to lose the point entirely) it's still 65 syns just for the Amaretto, raisins and almonds! And if you remove them as well, well, we dont really have a cake any more do we? The ONLY free things in this are the orange zest, lemon juice, egg and er, salt I have definitely seen far, far better SW cake recipes (no offence to the OP)
