Was very happy this morning, down another lb, then husband weighed himself and he'd lost 3lb! There were doughnuts in the house yesterday evening for the kids and that was hard to resist. Managed it, after a little cry, by having some beef and a yoghurt. Think I'll go to the gym this evening to keep my mind off my cravings which are strong at the minute. I also live next door to a bakery which can be torture when I can smell fresh baking. Today's PP menu

D - Salmon fillet or Hake fillet
S - Cottage cheese if needed!
