You seem to have a good head on your shoulders...very deticated...I Ned some tips...I want lose weight so bad...
....I'm not sure you were talking about me but I'm gonna give my two bits worth lol. For me I had to eat all my dailies and all my weeklies to see losses every week. Try and vary your meals and just relax into it. You have to have a life too so if you need the odd weekend off so be it, as long as you get back into it after. Best of luck and you can do it xxx
