Morning all!!
So I've lost 10lb this month

Todays menu is...
B - Oats so simple with sultanas
L - wholemeal pitta with chicken and salad and a squidge of low fat houmus
D - WW meal
Snacks-not sure yet so 2 or 3 or either of these....banana, fruit salad, oaty bar or muller fat free yoghurt
Drinks - water, flavoured water and a highlights hot choc
I'm off to step aerobics this morning, so thats always a good work out, and I managed a 45 min run yesterday afternnoon
