calorie counting tool

Is there a calorie counting tool on this site (sorry, new to site, joined today).

I've got a book, but would like a calculator where you can just type things in. I know one on another site, just wondered if this site had one too?

Though in saying that, just thought about it ... I live in oz, so probably alot of the products may be different, so I may stick to my oz one.
