Calorie slashing x

Hi there, well I have tried Atkins and Slimming World, Weightcare and Watchers, Not eating, eating for two and starving and am still a very not healthy 17 stone 2lbs, at least I was until I tried slashing my calories, like this.

Healthy cereal bar and tonic water for brekkie
Cupasoup and bread for lunch
Healthy Asda or weight watchers ready meal for dinner
Cups of tea throughout the day and more tonic water

17stone 2lbs yesterday now 16stone 10lbs today, so bring on the sveltness I'm on a roll (and not a sausage one!!!!) Will keep ya posted xxxxx
 
well done! i did slimming world and weight watchers and found calorie counting is easiest as i eat what my family eat but weigh out what can eat, really helping with portion control!
